How do I add a case note?

Overview

Add case notes to an application to keep track of important information and updates about a family.

 

How to add a case note

  1. On the Caregiver Applications dashboard, locate the desired family.
  2. On the far right, hover over "Actions" and select "Case Notes".
  3. Near the top right, click the “Create New Case Note" button.
  4. Fill in the required fields.
  5. Click the “Create Case Note” button to save.

All case notes will be visible on the family's “Case Note” page.
