Overview
Add case notes to an application to keep track of important information and updates about a family.
How to add a case note
- On the Caregiver Applications dashboard, locate the desired family.
- On the far right, hover over "Actions" and select "Case Notes".
- Near the top right, click the “Create New Case Note" button.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click the “Create Case Note” button to save.
All case notes will be visible on the family's “Case Note” page.
