Overview
Add a "Next Planned Contact" case note to schedule and track future interactions with recruiting families.
Steps
- On the Caregiver Applications dashboard, locate the desired family.
- Hover over "Actions" and select "Case Notes".
- At the top of the page, select "Create New Case Note".
- In the Case note type field, select "Next Planned Contact".
- Enter the date of the next planned contact in the Date field.
- Provide any additional details in the Case Note field.
- Click the "Create Case Note" button to save the note.
The date of the next planned contact will appear on the Recruiting dashboard in the Date of next contact column.
