How do I add a date of next planned contact?

Overview

Add a "Next Planned Contact" case note to schedule and track future interactions with recruiting families.

 

Steps

  1. On the Caregiver Applications dashboard, locate the desired family.
  2. Hover over "Actions" and select "Case Notes".
  3. At the top of the page, select "Create New Case Note".
  4. In the Case note type field, select "Next Planned Contact".
  5. Enter the date of the next planned contact in the Date field.
  6. Provide any additional details in the Case Note field.
  7. Click the "Create Case Note" button to save the note.

The date of the next planned contact will appear on the Recruiting dashboard in the Date of next contact column.
