If you are a worker you can find the passcode for any application (renewal or initial) that requires one by going to the Applicant Data page for that family. If you are an applicant/family please reach out to your caseworker.
- Locate the family in the Caregivers dashboard
- Click Actions>Applicant Data
- Search that page for the phrase Orientation passcode(s) under the Application Info section
