Check the References section on your Binti portal
Go to your Binti portal to the References section where you added the references
- If there is a Gray circle to the right of the name of the reference:
Not Started
- If there is a Green circle w/white check mark:
Completed and signed
What do I do if a reference is incomplete in Binti?
If a reference is incomplete in Binti it usually means all fields in the form have not been finished or that the form has not been signed by the reference user. Please check with the reference user to make sure they have completed and signed the form. Verify that the email that we have for the reference is correct. If it is incorrect you can change it by clicking the pencil icon next to the reference name to edit. If you need to choose anohter reference please click the trash can icon to delete that reference and enter another one in.
