This article explains how to find a family in Binti if you are a caseworker.
Universal Search
You can search for a family by name or ID number using the universal search box on every Binti page:
- Click in the search box.
- Type any part of the name or ID number.
- Press the enter key.
- View results on the new page that opens.
Why can't I find a family?
If you can't find a family's application in Binti it might be because:
- That family isn't assigned to you in Binti.
- You don't have permissions to view all cases in Binti.
- The family has not been added into Binti.
