Overview
The process for approving a home with incomplete requirements will depend on your agency’s policies. Some agencies allow waiving requirements, completing them offline, or marking certain items as "not applicable".
Solutions
- If your agency does not allow this or it’s not appropriate for the remaining requirements, you may request an approval override from an agency administrator or your state licensing authority.
- If you believe all items should be complete but the progress calculator isn’t reflecting this, type or select "Talk to a human" for further assistance.
