No, when you add a co-applicant to a home that is already approved and in renewal status, Binti does not automatically track the initial requirements (such as training and documents) that the co-applicant needs to complete. This is because they were not part of the initial application.
If you need to add a co-applicant to a renewal but want to store their initial requirements in Binti, you can upload any required documents for the co-applicant's to the "Other/Misc Docs" section within the initial application. This keeps all documentation accessible within Binti.
Will Binti Add Tracking for Co-Applicant Requirements in the Future?
We are working on an enhancement to support tracking initial requirements for co-applicants added to renewal applications. While there is no ETA yet, updates will be provided as soon as this feature becomes available.
