How to Add a Congregate Care Facility (or STRTP) to Binti

Overview

If you need to place a child in a congregate care facility, but don't see the facility listed in Binti, you’ll need to contact Binti Customer Support to request its addition. Ensure you provide the required details for the facility so support can process the request efficiently.

Steps to Add a Congregate Care Facility

1. Type in or select "talk to a human". If outside support hours, you can send us an email at help@binti.com
2. Provide the following details about the facility:
   • Facility name
   • Address or location
   • License number (if applicable)
   • Any additional contact information 
3. Once the facility is added, verify that it appears in your system under placement options.
