Conflicting placement preferences occur when agency and caregiver preference selections do not match.
How to view and resolve conflicts
1. A notice will display on the homepage when applicant and agency worker selections do not match.
2. Click on the notice to display all families that have conflicts (can also navigate directly to the Placements Dashboard).
3. Click on Resolve Conflicts.
4. Review conflicting information.
5. Agency worker may choose to click on Approve Preference Requests. If requests are not approved, discuss with applicant directly (take no action in Binti).
