Why does the Background Checks column say "Confirm number of other adults"?

Overview

Binti calculates the number of background checks required using the total number of adults in the household. If you see "Confirm number of other adults" in the Background Checks column instead of the normal fraction showing how many have been completed, this means that the question "Are there any other adults in the household?" is answered "Not Known" on the Edit Application page. 

How to fix this issue

1. Click the link that says "Confirm number of other adults" in the Background Checks column.
2. This should take you directly to the question about other adults in the Edit Application page. You can also scroll to this section.
   
   • If there are other adults in the household: select Yes and enter the requested information.
   • If there are not other adults in the household: select No.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update Application" to save your changes.

Once the above steps are complete, the notice will be replaced with the total number of background checks required for the household, along with a how many have already been completed (represented as a fraction).
