If you are a caseworker, to make sure your family has the correct forms, you will want to choose the right application template when adding the family into Binti.
To add the family to binti:

Navigate to the Caregivers menu at the top of your binti page page.

Choose 'Intake Caregiver'

On the intake form make sure the correct application template is selected, this is what will dictate the forms the family is given to fill out.

Complete the intake to add the family to Binti.
If the family already has a Binti account and has the wrong set of forms feel free to reach out to Binti support by typing or selecting "Talk to a human' in the chat widget and we can advise you on what to do next.
If you are the family and signing up online, you will want to reach out to your agency to make sure they can provide you with the correct signup link or give you instructions on how to create your BInti profile.
