Overview
The Care Provider Profile is a new page that allows workers to view and manage all members of a provider, including Caregivers, Other Adults, and Children in the Home, from one convenient place.
Why It Matters
Previously, managing provider members required navigating between different pages and features for each person type. This created extra clicks and made it harder to see a complete picture of the provider household.
The new Care Provider Profile:
- Consolidates all provider members into a single table view
- Streamlines actions like viewing, editing, and changing roles
- Works seamlessly with the Person Profile to give deeper visibility into each individual
- Supports the Changing Roles feature to ensure providers stay accurate over time
This page is a key step in modernizing provider management, and will continue to grow with additional capabilities in future releases.
Who Has Access
The Care Provider Profile is visible to any Licensing worker who manages family providers.
You’ll find a new navigation button titled “Care Provider Profile” in your Licensing workspace.
Tip: If you don’t see the “Care Provider Profile” option, contact your agency administrator to confirm your role includes permission to view provider data.
How It Works
- Click Care Provider Profile in the navigation bar.
- You’ll be taken to a table listing all members of the provider household.
The Care Provider Table
The table gives you a clear, at-a-glance summary of all people connected to a provider.
Table Columns
- Name
- Role + Sub-role
- Primary Phone
- Primary Email
- Date of Birth
- Primary Language
Actions Menu
Each person in the table includes an Actions Menu (⋯) with available options based on your permissions:
- View Person Profile – Opens that person’s Person Profile
- Edit Person – Takes you to the edit page (permission-controlled)
- Remove from Provider – Removes the person from the provider household (permission-controlled)
- Change Role – Adjusts the person’s role or sub-role within the provider (permission-controlled)
Note: Permissions for editing, removing, or changing roles are configured at the agency level. If you don’t see these options, check with your agency admin.
