What are child requirement schedules?
A requirement schedule consists of fillable forms and document upload sections that automatically generate based on a child or youth's level of care, program, and/or age. A schedule can be customized to generate requirements on a timeline of your choosing (daily, monthly, quarterly, etc.). Schedules can be programmed to start based upon the triggers in the table below.
| Trigger | Description |
| Date of placement | Date a child starts a placement (excluding respite placements). |
| Date of admission | Date a child is placed for the first time (including respite placements). |
| Discharge date | Date a child discharges from placement. |
| Date child joined agency | Date a child is first known to the agency. |
| Date program started | Date a child started receiving services from a specific program. |
| Date Level of Care Assigned | Date a child was added to a Level of Care (LOC). |
| Exit from care | Date a child exited foster care entirely. |
| Move to a new placement | Date a child moves to a new placement. |
| Adoption Placement Agreement Signed | This triggers based on changing a permanency goal. If you change the goal status to anything other than 'active', then once a date is entered it will trigger a requirement (see screenshot below). |
