Child Requirement Schedules

What are child requirement schedules?

A requirement schedule consists of fillable forms and document upload sections that automatically generate based on a child or youth's level of care, program, and/or age. A schedule can be customized to generate requirements on a timeline of your choosing (daily, monthly, quarterly, etc.). Schedules can be programmed to start based upon the triggers in the table below.

Trigger Description
Date of placement Date a child starts a placement (excluding respite placements).
Date of admission Date a child is placed for the first time (including respite placements).
Discharge date Date a child discharges from placement.
Date child joined agency Date a child is first known to the agency.
Date program started Date a child started receiving services from a specific program.
Date Level of Care Assigned Date a child was added to a Level of Care (LOC).
Exit from care Date a child exited foster care entirely.
Move to a new placement Date a child moves to a new placement.
Adoption Placement Agreement Signed This triggers based on changing a permanency goal. If you change the goal status to anything other than 'active', then once a date is entered it will trigger a requirement (see screenshot below).
