How do I see a child's requirements?

Overview

On the Child Requirements page, you can complete, upload, and sign all required documents for managing a child's care. Caregivers can also upload documents that completed offline, and they will appear on this page.

How to Access the Child Requirements Page

Agency workers can access the documents uploaded by caregivers via each child's unique Child Requirements page. To view caregiver-uploaded documents:

  1. In the top blue ribbon, click "Children & Youth" and select "Children & Youth" in the dropdown menu to go to the Children & Youth Dashboard.
  2. Search for the child using the filter button on the right, or scroll until you see their entry.
  3. On the far right, click "Actions" and select "Requirements" to go to the child's Requirements page.

Can Caregivers Fill Out Forms in the Portal?

We have expanded the Licensing portal's functionality to include a new section for caregivers to upload documents related to child placements. This section allows caregivers to upload ongoing documentation when a child is placed in their home.

Currently, the Caregiver Portal only supports document uploads. Caregivers must fill out forms offline, and upload the completed documents to the portal.

Modifying Caregiver Requirements

Agencies set caregiver document requirements before enabling this feature. If modifications are needed after the feature is live, agency leadership can contact their Customer Success Manager for assistance.
