How do I complete a requirement for a child? – Binti

Overview

This article is for workers. Required forms for children can be completed on each child's Requirements page.

On the child's Requirements page, find the form you need to complete.
Click click the "Fill/Edit" button to open the form, or click the "Upload" button to upload.
Fill in the required fields with the necessary information.
Click the blue "Save and Continue" button to save your progress.
NOTE: For essay-style sections, click the "Save" button frequently to avoid losing work.
If the form requires an electronic signature, follow the instructions for e-signing.
