What is the Caregiver Applications dashboard?

The Caregiver Applications dashboard is used to track and update caregiver applications at your agency. Depending on your level of permission, you may see all caregivers or only caregivers that are assigned to you.

How do I access the Caregiver Applications dashboard?

The Caregiver Applications dashboard can be accessed by clicking Caregivers > Caregiver Applications in the Binti navigation bar.

Column Descriptions

Column Name Description
Family

Displays applicant and co-applicant information, other adults in household, and Family ID.

Workers Displays agency workers assigned to the application.

Partner Agency Workers (only visible to parent agencies) Displays partner agency workers assigned to the application.

Applicant Data

Indicates completion of required information on Edit Application page:

  • Household capacity
  • Approved age range
  • Availability for community placements (if the applicant is a relative/kin)
  • Medical training status
  • Primary language
  • Phone number
  • Address
Applicant Forms Displays total completion of Applicant Forms as a percentage.

Supporting Documents Displays total completion of Supporting Documents as a percentage.

References Displays total number of references outstanding. 

Training Hours Displays total number of training hours outstanding.

Background Checks Displays total number of background checks outstanding.

Agency Forms Displays total completion of Agency Forms as a percentage.

Days since app signed Displays the number of days that have passed since a caregiver signed their initial application. This data appears in the Time to Approval report.

Days since child placed (only visible to public agencies) Displays the number of days that have passed since a child was placed with a caregiver pre-approval. This data appears in the Time to Approval report.
