What is the Caregiver Applications dashboard?
The Caregiver Applications dashboard is used to track and update caregiver applications at your agency. Depending on your level of permission, you may see all caregivers or only caregivers that are assigned to you.
How do I access the Caregiver Applications dashboard?
The Caregiver Applications dashboard can be accessed by clicking Caregivers > Caregiver Applications in the Binti navigation bar.
Displays applicant and co-applicant information, other adults in household, and Family ID.
|Displays agency workers assigned to the application.
|Partner Agency Workers (only visible to parent agencies)
|Displays partner agency workers assigned to the application.
Indicates completion of required information on Edit Application page:
|Displays total completion of Applicant Forms as a percentage.
|Displays total completion of Supporting Documents as a percentage.
|Displays total number of references outstanding.
|Displays total number of training hours outstanding.
|Displays total number of background checks outstanding.
|Displays total completion of Agency Forms as a percentage.
|Days since app signed
|Displays the number of days that have passed since a caregiver signed their initial application. This data appears in the Time to Approval report.
|Days since child placed (only visible to public agencies)
|Displays the number of days that have passed since a child was placed with a caregiver pre-approval. This data appears in the Time to Approval report.
