Overview

Supporting documents are a key part of the application process, and this new feature makes them easier than ever to complete. By giving caregivers the option to fill forms out digitally, the process becomes faster, clearer, and less time-consuming for everyone.

How it works

Current functionality

Download the document
Print and complete the document by hand
Scan or take photos of the document
Upload the document back into Binti

Agency Staff often had to chase down missing info or hard-to-read forms.

New functionality

Applicants can:

Type directly into fillable PDFs
Save, sign, and re-upload without printing or scanning
All text is legible
Third-party forms remain supported with partial fillable fields

Note: We understand that not all applicants are comfortable using digital forms. Applicants can choose to complete the form as a fillable PDF, or download and complete the form offline (by hand), then upload it.
