Overview
If a form is stuck on "loading" or "we're preparing your document", you might need to reset it. Try resetting the form by making a small change to any field, and re-saving.
How to reset a form
- Re-open the form by clicking on the form's name.
- Add a space at the end of any field, such as your name or address. This will register as a "change" and the form will refresh.
- Click "Save" and then go back to the main forms page. The signature buttons should generate.
