The form is stuck

Overview

If a form is stuck on "loading" or "we're preparing your document", you might need to reset it. Try resetting the form by making a small change to any field, and re-saving.

How to reset a form

  1. Re-open the form by clicking on the form's name.
  2. Add a space at the end of any field, such as your name or address. This will register as a "change" and the form will refresh.
  3. Click "Save" and then go back to the main forms page. The signature buttons should generate.

Following these steps should help you complete the form successfully. If not, please select or type in "talk to a human".
