Can I transfer all my completed paperwork to a different county or agency?

Overview

Cross-agency transfers are planned as part of our product roadmap, but are not currently available. Different agencies and counties have unique forms, often with their own letterhead, formatting, and required information.

Please Note: if you are transferring to a different template in the same agency and are an applicant either contact your caseworker or type in 'Talk to a Human' in our chat widget.

 

Solutions

For Applicants

  1. Log in and navigate to the "My Documents" section.
  2. Download anything you have completed.
  3. Provide these documents to your new agency to see if they can accept them.
  4. Select or type in "talk to a human" and Binti support can remove your email address from the old profile.

 

For Workers

The workers from the new agency and the old agency should contact each other. They can exchange forms and documents directly, if their agency policies allow.
