Editing Status Change Dates

How do I edit an approval date?

    1. Ensure you are working in the correct approval cycle for the family (see the overview article: View / Change Application Status if you are unsure how to navigate between approval cycles for a family)
    2. Click "View/Change Application Status"
    3. Click "Update status date"
    4. Enter the correct date, and an explanation for the change
    5. Click the "Update Status Date" button to save

Important Note: Renewal dates of existing renewal applications will not be changed. You can change those dates manually via the Edit Application page.

 

 

How do I edit the date of a status other than "Approved"?

    1. Ensure you are working in the correct approval cycle for the family (see the overview article: View / Change Application Status if you are unsure how to navigate between approval cycles for a family)
    2. Click "View/Change Application Status"
    3. Change the status back to whatever it was previously - for example, if you closed a home that was "In Renewal Process", change it back to "In Renewal Process"
    4. Click Update Status - you will be redirected the the Applicant Data page
    5. Click "View/Change Application Status" again
    6. Change the status back to the correct status, and enter the correct date
