When is Binti support available?
Our hours of operation are from 6am-7pm Pacific time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
However, Blue our virtual assistant, is available 24/7. To ask Blue a question just type it in the text box at the bottom of the chat widget.
We also have a help center that you can visit that will give you answers to a lot of common questions
