Placements Availability Request Emails

Overview

This article explains how to respond to an email from an agency that was notifying you of a potential child that could be placed with you

In Binti, agencies have the ability to send emails to potential providers notifying them that there is a child available for placement. In the body of these email there is usually a name of the caseworker and often direct contact info to the caseworker. If you have questions about the child mentioned in the email the best way to contact them would be to use that direct contact info. If you reply directly to the email please ensure that your reply is not going to contact@binti.com This will not go directly to the caseworker and will greatly delay any further communication and potential placement.
