Can I edit or delete a case note I created?
If you are the author of the case note you can edit or delete it. You can do this by:
- Go to the case note page for the applicant you want to edit or delete.
- In the far right column of the case note you want to edit or delete, choose edit or delete.
Can I edit or delete a case note I did not create?
It is not possible to edit a case note created by someone else. Only the original author of a case note may edit or delete it.
What do I do if I accidentally deleted a case note?
If you accidentally deleted a case note it may be possible for Binti support to recover it. Please reach out to us by typing 'Talk to a Human" in the chat widget.
