How to link Potential Connections if you are a Kentucky caseworker

State of Kentucky Caseworkers: The best way for you to link Potential Connections to a child if you are a State of Kentucky Caseworker is to:
 

1. Run a search for Potential connections and pull up the report on that connection. Please see this article for details on how to do that
2. In the top bar, click Link (name) as a Potential Connection
3. In the window that pops up, we can link that person to the child as well as any siblings of the child that are already in Binti
4. You can scroll down to the addresses and phone numbers found and unselect any that you do not want to pull into the Binti profile (e.g., addresses or phone numbers you think are outdated)
5. Click on Create New Potential Connections to import that person
6. To send that person's potential kin to the child's Relationship Dashboard, click on Link All Potential Kin as Potential Connections and follow the same process as you used for the original person you searched for.
7. All of the individuals you linked will now be on the potential connections tab of the child's Relationship Dashboard
