Overview
Bulk Outreach Templates allow agencies to create standardized, reusable templates for Family Finding & Engagement (FF&E) bulk outreach. Templates can be used for both emails and letters, ensuring consistent and compliant communication every time.
Why it Matters
Outreach letters, such as Relative Notification Letters, are highly sensitive documents that often require approval from multiple reviewers before being sent. If the content isn’t consistent with agency-approved language, it can create risks or liabilities for the agency.
By using Bulk Outreach Templates, agencies can:
- Ensure outreach materials always meet compliance and approval requirements
- Increase the use of bulk outreach campaigns by reducing worker setup effort
- Save staff time and reduce errors through pre-approved content
Key Things to Know
- Permissions: Only Binti Admin has access to set up templates for the time being. Agencies must request template creation or updates through their Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Binti Support.
- Letterheads: With the ability to upload images, agencies can incorporate official letterheads into templates. However, sizing matters for correct display:
- Some trial and error may be needed to get it right
- We’ve found this sizing works best: 2.55" wide x 0.525" tall (approximately 3/10ths of 8.5" x 1.75")
