State of Kentucky Caseworkers: Below is a list of FAQs about Family Finding if you are a State of Kentucky Caseworker:

- Click on the child's name to return to the Relationship Dashboard and run the bulk action

Click to review the potential connections of: [Child's name]
The following could not be created as potential connections:
[Name of Connections] Contact Binti Customer Support for questions on the connections who were not successfully created - This is often because the person has an invalid phone number or address tied to their record

If you joined the agency / your role post 6/15/2025, you might not have a Binti account. Ask your supervisor to follow these steps to add you:
- Have your supervisor log into Binti
- They will click on Agency Tools
- They will click on Agency Workers
- They will click on New Agency Worker
- They will add your name and email and click create user
- Confirm with your supervisor that your KYID/KOG account has one of these i-Twist roles: i-Twist Social Services Worker, i-Twist Supervisor Approval Authority, i-Twist Support Services, or i-Twist Full Access. If one of those roles is assigned to you you will automatically get Binti access at that point.
FAQ: I need to run a search, but there isn't an open case yet in TWIST to send to Binti:
- You can run a search without saving it down to a case. Start by clicking on Children & Youth
- Click on Potential Kin Online Search
- Click see more details
- Click on Potential Kin
- Click on Run Comprehensive Search
- Click on Continue
