If you joined the agency / your role post 6/15/2025, you might not have a Binti account. Ask your supervisor to follow these steps to add you:

  1. Have your supervisor log into Binti
  2. They will click on Agency Tools
  3. They will click on Agency Workers
  4. They will click on New Agency Worker
  5. They will add your name and email and click create user
  6. Confirm with your supervisor that your KYID/KOG account has one of these i-Twist roles: i-Twist Social Services Worker, i-Twist Supervisor Approval Authority, i-Twist Support Services, or i-Twist Full Access. If one of those roles is assigned to you you will automatically get Binti access at that point.
