State of Kentucky Caseworkers: The best way for you to send information about a Family Finding search back to TWIST if you are a State of Kentucky Caseworker is to:
To send Relationship details back to TWIST:
- On the Relationships Dashboard, select the three dots under actions for the connection you want to send to TWIST
- Click on Lock Relationship Details
- Click on Yes, lock
- Locked relationships will be listed in a new grid label “Imported Relationships from Family Finding”
To send Contact Logs to TWIST:
- Navigate to the Contact Log page
- Click on View additional actions for contact
- Click on Lock Contact Log
- Click on Yes, lock
- The locked contact will now be sent to TWIST
